Yes. AVENDOR is the rebrand of LED Solutions, reflecting our growth into a full-service AV vendor. Our legal entity remains LED Solutions LLC, so existing contracts, warranties, and references carry over unchanged.

Lead times depend on the product and configuration. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days, while large-format video walls are built to order and can take a few weeks. We confirm current lead time with every quote.

We accept returns on most unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be authorized in advance and include all original packaging and accessories. Opened or used items can't be returned unless defective, and some products — custom and special orders, audio gear, software, and LED video walls — are non-returnable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20–30% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away. All products include the manufacturer's standard warranty, and because we're an authorized dealer, every unit ships with full, valid factory coverage. We also offer extended-warranty and depot-repair plans on select brands — ask our team to add coverage to your quote.
