Is AVENDOR the same company as LED Solutions?
Yes. AVENDOR is the rebrand of LED Solutions, reflecting our growth into a full-service AV vendor. Our legal entity remains LED Solutions LLC, so existing contracts, warranties, and references carry over unchanged.
Where is AVENDOR located?
Our office is at 16 Madison Square West, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10010. We serve clients nationwide and internationally, with support hours of 9:00 AMβ5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Is AVENDOR a registered government vendor?
Yes. AVENDOR (LED Solutions LLC) is an active registered federal vendor on SAM.gov β UEI D5Y8CMC6CUZ6, CAGE code 16GZ9 β so we can sell directly to U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies.
Is AVENDOR an authorized dealer?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for leading AV manufacturers including Samsung, Sharp/NEC, LG, Planar, Nureva, and many more. Buying through an authorized dealer means genuine products, valid manufacturer warranties, and current-generation stock.
What credentials and memberships does AVENDOR hold?
We're a member of AVIXA (the global trade association for the pro-AV industry) and maintain a Better Business Bureau profile. Our client list includes institutions such as Stanford University and Disney.

Does AVENDOR handle programming and system integration?
Yes. We program control systems (such as Crestron, AMX, and Q-SYS) and integrate displays, conferencing, audio, and IT infrastructure into one unified, easy-to-operate system.
What is AV commissioning?
Commissioning is the final testing and calibration step that verifies every part of your AV system performs to specification before handover β color and brightness calibration, signal verification, audio tuning, and control testing.
Does AVENDOR offer ongoing monitoring and support?
Yes. Our 24/7 AV monitoring service tracks system health remotely to catch issues before they cause downtime, backed by technical support and maintenance contracts.
What is AV as a Service (AVaaS)?
AVaaS lets you deploy professional AV systems for a predictable recurring fee instead of a large upfront purchase β typically bundling hardware, design, installation, support, and upgrades into one subscription.
Does AVENDOR provide project management?
Yes. We provide dedicated project management for AV and IT deployments, coordinating timelines, vendors, labor, and logistics so multi-phase or multi-location projects stay on schedule.
