The Cisco QSFP-100G-FR-W2= is a high-performance 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver designed for short-reach single-mode fiber connectivity in data center, enterprise core, and service provider networks. Supporting 100GBASE-FR over duplex LC single-mode fiber, this module delivers reliable 100-Gigabit Ethernet connectivity at distances of up to 2 kilometers.
Built in a compact, hot-swappable QSFP28 form factor, the QSFP-100G-FR-W2= enables high-density deployments while maintaining low power consumption. It uses a single-wavelength PAM4 optical interface with forward error correction (FEC), ensuring stable, high-speed performance in modern leaf-spine and aggregation architectures.
