Description
The Soundweb London BLU-100 is a powerful fixed-configuration digital signal processor featuring 12 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs, designed for scalable, high-performance audio system integration. Built on an open architecture platform, the BLU-100 is fully configurable through HiQnet™ Audio Architect using an intuitive drag-and-drop design environment.
With configurable signal processing and a rich palette of processing and logic objects, the BLU-100 enables complete system customization for installed sound applications. Its 48-channel, low-latency, fault-tolerant digital audio bus uses standard Category 5e cabling, supporting up to 100 meters between compatible devices. When paired with fiber media converters, system distances can exceed 40km.
Each analog input features software-configurable gain in 6dB steps up to +48dB and selectable 48V phantom power per channel. Front panel LED indicators provide immediate visibility of phantom power status, signal presence, and clipping — without requiring a PC. A bi-directional locate function simplifies device identification both within HiQnet Audio Architect and directly from the unit.
The BLU-100 integrates seamlessly with the full Soundweb London family. Its 48-channel digital audio bus corresponds to channels 1–48 within the larger 256-channel Soundweb London system architecture when combined with models such as BLU-800, BLU-320, BLU-160, BLU-120, and BLU-BOB.
For system control and integration, the processor includes 12 control inputs and 6 logic outputs for GPIO connectivity. The Soundweb London Interface Kit documentation is included with HiQnet Audio Architect, enabling streamlined integration with third-party control systems.
Compact and rack-mountable in a single rack space, the BLU-100 delivers flexible processing power, reliable audio networking, and seamless system expansion for professional AV installations.
