The Kramer ASPEN-1616UX is a high-performance 16×16 12G-SDI matrix switcher engineered for mission-critical broadcast, production, and AV environments requiring ultra-reliable 4K@60Hz signal routing. Designed with Kramer Equalization & reKlocking™ Technology, it ensures pristine signal integrity across long cable runs by equalizing all inputs and reclocking all outputs.
Supporting data rates from 270Mbps up to 12Gbps, the ASPEN-1616UX is fully compliant with SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, and 12G-SDI standards, enabling seamless operation across multi-format infrastructures. Extended-reach input support allows transmission distances up to 300m for SD signals and up to 80m for 12G 4K signals over quality coaxial cable.
With clean genlock switching, intuitive web-based control, RS-232 integration, and preset storage for fast recall, the ASPEN-1616UX delivers flexibility and reliability in a compact 1U rackmount design. Ideal for live studios, OB vans, post-production, and high-resolution video workflows.
