The Brocade XBR-000174 Compatible 8G SFP+ Fibre Channel Transceiver delivers reliable, high-speed data transmission for long-distance Fibre Channel networks. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) at 1310nm wavelength, this module supports data rates up to 8.5 Gbps and provides connectivity up to 25 km via LC duplex connectors.
Built with Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and hot-pluggable SFP+ MSA compliance, it ensures seamless integration into Brocade switches and other compatible devices. Its FC-PI-4 compliance guarantees in-order, lossless delivery of raw block data—ideal for storage area networks and data center interconnections.
