The Cisco NIM-2BRI-NT/TE is a 2-port Basic Rate Interface (BRI) network interface module designed for Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers. Supporting both Network Termination (NT) and Terminal Equipment (TE) modes, this module enables reliable ISDN BRI connectivity for voice applications in enterprise and branch environments.
Built with an onboard digital signal processor (DSP), the NIM-2BRI-NT/TE supports essential voice features without requiring additional DSP hardware.
