The Edgecore CSP-7550-16C2FPGA Hyper Cloud Appliance is a powerful 2RU combination server-switch platform engineered for cloud, data center, and 5G infrastructure applications. Powered by dual Intel® Xeon® Gold 5218 16-core processors and integrated with the Intel® Barefoot Tofino 64Q programmable switch chipset, it delivers up to 6.4 Tbps switching capacity across 32 × 100 GbE QSFP28 ports.
This model features two Intel® Stratix 10 MX FPGA cards, each equipped with 8 GB of High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM2) and high-speed 6 × 100 GbE connectivity, enabling advanced packet processing, extended table scalability, and support for millions of HQoS sessions.
Ideal for network load balancing, packet brokering, visibility, and 4G/5G user-plane functions, the CSP-7550-16C2FPGA provides the flexibility of four PCIe expansion slots and supports open networking through ONIE for a choice of software-defined solutions.
