The Edgecore AS5812-54X is a high-performance Top-of-Rack (TOR) or spine switch designed for modern enterprise and cloud data centers. Equipped with 48 × 10 GbE SFP+ ports and 6 × 40 GbE QSFP+ uplinks, it delivers full line-rate Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching across all interfaces.
Powered by a Broadcom Trident II+ ASIC and Intel Atom C2538 4-core CPU, the AS5812-54X provides superior throughput, scalability, and programmability for virtualized network environments.
This open network switch comes pre-loaded with ONIE (Open Network Install Environment), enabling flexible installation of open-source or commercial Network Operating Systems (NOS).
Designed for back-to-front airflow, with dual hot-swappable AC power supplies and 4 + 1 redundant fans, it ensures maximum reliability and efficiency in mission-critical deployments.
