The Edgecore AS5835-54X-O-48V-F (DCS201) is a high-performance open network data center switch designed to meet the scalability and availability needs of modern enterprise and cloud environments. Featuring 48 x 10G SFP+ ports and 6 x 100G QSFP28 uplinks, this switch delivers non-blocking Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching for flexible top-of-rack or spine deployment in 40/100GbE data center fabrics.
Built for efficiency and reliability, the AS5835-54X-O-48V-F supports dual -48V DC hot-swappable power supplies, 4+1 redundant fan modules, and front-to-back airflow for hot/cold aisle compatibility. Powered by the Broadcom Trident 3 switch ASIC and an Intel Atom C3558 quad-core processor, it provides exceptional throughput of 1.08 Tbps with hardware VXLAN and NVGRE tunneling for network virtualization.
This open network switch comes pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), allowing seamless installation of compatible open-source or commercial network operating systems. Designed for performance, flexibility, and openness, the AS5835-54X-O-48V-F is ideal for virtualization-ready data centers and high-density aggregation environments.
