The Edgecore AS5835-54T-O-AC-B is a high-performance Top-of-Rack (ToR) data center switch designed to meet the demands of modern enterprise and cloud networks. Built on the Broadcom Trident III architecture, it delivers 2.56 Tbps switching capacity and 1 billion pps forwarding rate, providing non-blocking performance for data-intensive environments.
This 1U open network switch features 48 × 10GBASE-T RJ-45 ports and 6 × 100G QSFP28 uplinks, supporting flexible 10/25/100 GbE connectivity. It includes dual hot-swappable AC PSUs and 4 + 1 redundant fan modules with power-to-port airflow, ensuring reliability and serviceability in data center deployments. Pre-loaded with ONIE (Open Network Install Environment), it enables easy installation of commercial or open-source Network Operating Systems.
Ideal for virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or spine-leaf architectures, the AS5835-54T combines hardware VXLAN/NVGRE tunneling, high availability design, and open network flexibility for next-generation data centers.
