The Edgecore Wedge100BF-65X-O-AC-F-US is a high-density, 2RU 65-port 100 GbE data center switch engineered for open networking environments. Built on the Barefoot Networks Tofino 6.5 Tbps programmable switch silicon, it delivers line-rate L2/L3 forwarding at 6.4 Tbps and supports up to 65 × QSFP28 ports, each configurable for 1×100 GbE, 1×50 GbE, 1×40 GbE, or 4×25/10 GbE connections via breakout cables.
Designed for Top-of-Rack (ToR) or spine deployments, the Wedge100BF-65X provides flexible 25/50 GbE server connectivity and 40/50/100 GbE uplinks. It ships pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) for rapid installation of compatible open-source or commercial network operating systems such as SONiC or Open Network Linux (ONL).
The system includes dual hot-swappable AC power supplies, redundant fan modules with port-to-power airflow, and an Intel Broadwell-DE CPU for control-plane performance. Ideal for cloud-scale data centers and programmable network fabrics, the Wedge100BF-65X offers reliability, efficiency, and open network flexibility.
