The Opengear OM1208-8E-L Operations Manager is a resilient NetOps Console Server designed for secure edge deployments. Combining Smart Out-of-Band (SmartOOB™) management with NetOps automation, it delivers the flexibility needed to keep networks running in the most demanding environments.
Equipped with 8 RJ45 RS232 serial ports, 8 GbE switch ports, and dual Ethernet/SFP uplinks, the OM1208-8E-L ensures reliable device connectivity. Its global LTE-A (CAT12) interface provides redundant out-of-band access for branch offices, remote sites, and critical infrastructure.
With support for Docker, Python, REST API, and automation frameworks, this compact 1RU half-rack appliance enables network teams to deploy, manage, and scale secure infrastructure with confidence.
