Description

This AddOn 10G-SFPP-SR-8-AO is an 8-pack of Brocade® (formerly) 10G-SFPP-SR-8 compatible SFP+ optical transceivers designed to deliver reliable 10GBase-SR Ethernet connectivity. Each hot-swappable module provides up to 300 m transmission over multi-mode fiber (MMF) using an 850 nm wavelength and features a standard LC duplex connector. Compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, these transceivers support digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance tracking and are ideal for data center, enterprise, access, and mobile fronthaul CPRI/OBSAI applications.
Engineered with a VCSEL transmitter and PIN receiver, the transceivers offer excellent ESD protection, low EMI, and stable performance within a commercial operating temperature range (0 °C to 70 °C). Each unit is uniquely serialized, fully tested for data traffic and application compatibility, and guaranteed to initialize and operate identically to the OEM version. Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, this AddOn solution provides dependable, cost-effective 10 Gbps network performance.
