Description
The AddOn ADTRAN® 1442983G4-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 10GBase-DWDM XFP transceiver designed for reliable, long-distance optical communication. It delivers up to 80 km of data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a 1546.92nm wavelength and features a duplex LC connector.
Engineered for demanding network environments, this module supports 8G/10G Fibre Channel and 10G Gigabit Ethernet over DWDM, making it ideal for access, metro, and enterprise applications. With a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, APD receiver, and industrial operating range (-40 to 85°C), it ensures consistent performance even under harsh conditions.
The transceiver is hot-pluggable, RoHS compliant, and includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance metrics. Each unit is fully tested, uniquely serialized, and guaranteed 100% compatible with the original ADTRAN® module — backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty.
