Description
The AddOn Arista Networks® AOC-Q-4S-100G-7M Compatible 100GBase-AOC Active Optical Cable is designed for high-performance, short-range data interconnects within data centers and high-bandwidth applications. This QSFP28 to 4xSFP28 breakout AOC provides an aggregate data rate of up to 103.1 Gbps over a maximum distance of 7 meters using multimode fiber (MMF) at 850nm. Each of its four independent full-duplex channels supports 25G Ethernet or InfiniBand EDR connectivity, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
Compliant with QSFP28 and SFP28 MSA standards, the cable features a 4x25G electrical interface and operates with a maximum power consumption of 2.5W on the QSFP28 end and 1.0W per SFP28 terminal. It is rigorously tested, uniquely serialized, and programmed for 100% compatibility with Arista Networks® equipment. With a simple plug-and-play setup, this active optical cable is ideal for connecting top-of-rack switches to servers, storage devices, or other network equipment.
