The AddOn Arista Networks® QSFP-40G-ER4-AR compatible QSFP+ transceiver delivers reliable 40GBase-ER4 Ethernet connectivity up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using wavelengths ranging from 1270nm to 1330nm via a duplex LC connector. Engineered for seamless interoperability, it is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the original Arista Networks® module, offering an easy-to-install, hot-swappable solution ideal for high-performance access and enterprise networks.
This TAA-compliant transceiver supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time access to key operating parameters, ensuring optimal network performance and easier troubleshooting. Built with robust ESD protection, excellent EMI shielding, and full RoHS compliance, it is designed to meet demanding data center and telecom requirements. Each unit undergoes rigorous programming, unique serialization, and comprehensive data traffic and application testing to ensure reliable operation and full OEM equivalence.
