The AddOn XBR-SFP8G1490-80-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 8GBase-CWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable long-distance connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances up to 80 km. Fully compatible with Brocade® XBR-SFP8G1490-80, this hot-swappable module operates on a 1490 nm CWDM wavelength and uses a duplex LC connector for seamless integration into existing network infrastructures.
Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, it complies with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards and supports data rates up to 8.5 Gbps, making it ideal for Ethernet over CWDM, access, metro, and enterprise networking applications. Each unit is 100% tested for functionality and interoperability and includes features such as excellent ESD protection, low EMI design, and RoHS compliance.
