The AddOn Brocade® (Formerly) 10G-XFP-ER-AO is a high-performance, hot-swappable 10GBase-ER XFP transceiver designed for long-distance optical networking applications. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a wavelength of 1550nm, this module delivers reliable 10Gbps Ethernet and 8G/10G Fibre Channel connectivity up to 40km. Featuring a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter, PIN receiver, and duplex LC connector, it ensures superior optical performance and signal integrity.
This transceiver is fully compliant with INF-8077i and Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) standards, guaranteeing seamless interoperability with Brocade® networking equipment. It supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and is RoHS-compliant, lead-free, and TAA-compliant, making it ideal for enterprise, metro, and access network deployments. Each unit is uniquely serialized, application-tested, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind and long-term reliability.
