Description
The AddOn Calix® Compatible QSFP28-100GB-ZR4-CX-AO is a high-performance, hot-pluggable optical transceiver designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). Delivering up to 80 km transmission distance using LAN-WDM wavelengths from 1295 nm to 1309 nm, this module provides a reliable, cost-effective, and fully compatible solution with Calix® networking equipment.
Built to comply with IEEE 802.3ba, ITU-T G.959, and QSFP28 MSA standards, this transceiver features a 4×25 Gbps electrical interface, a cooled EML TOSA transmitter, and a SOA + PIN ROSA receiver. It includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support for real-time diagnostics, ensuring optimal network performance.
With a compact QSFP28 form factor, low power consumption (≤ 5.5 W), and a duplex LC connector, this transceiver is ideal for long-haul data center interconnects, enterprise backbones, and carrier-grade network infrastructure. It is TAA compliant, RoHS certified, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and industry-leading quality.
