The AddOn Cisco® QSFP-100G-DR-S-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 100GBase-DR QSFP28 single lambda optical transceiver designed for high-speed data center and enterprise networking. Delivering up to 100Gbps over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances of up to 500 meters, this hot-swappable module operates on a 1310nm wavelength and connects via a duplex LC interface.
It is engineered for seamless interoperability with Cisco® systems and undergoes rigorous testing — including unique serialization, data traffic validation, and application-level performance checks — to ensure identical initialization and operation as the OEM equivalent. With support for Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), network administrators can monitor real-time optical parameters such as temperature, voltage, and received/transmitted power.
