Description
The AddOn HP® JG234A-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver 10GBase-ER Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances up to 40km. Operating at a 1550nm wavelength and supporting Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM), this module provides network operators with real-time insight into key parameters for optimized performance and maintenance.
Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, it is fully compatible with HP® networking equipment and adheres to MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards for seamless integration into existing network environments. The module features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter and PIN receiver, robust ESD protection, and a hot-pluggable LC duplex interface for easy installation.
