Description
The AddOn Mellanox® MC2210511-LR4-AO is a high-performance, 40GBase-LR4 QSFP+ optical transceiver designed for long-reach data center, enterprise, and access network deployments. Delivering reliable 40 Gbps Ethernet connectivity up to 10 km over single-mode fiber (SMF), it operates across a wavelength range of 1270 nm to 1330 nm via a duplex LC connector.
Engineered for seamless interoperability, this transceiver is 100% compatible with the original Mellanox® MC2210511-LR4 module, ensuring identical initialization, configuration, and performance. It is hot-pluggable for simple deployment, features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and complies with SFF-8436 standards.
Built with RoHS-compliant, lead-free components, robust ESD protection, and low-EMI metal housing, this module meets demanding networking requirements. It is also TAA-compliant, making it suitable for U.S. government and federal projects. Each unit is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested for data traffic and application integrity, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty for long-term network reliability.
