The AddOn Mellanox® MCA7J60-N004 Compatible 800GBase-CU OSFP112 to 2xOSFP112-RHS Active Twinax Direct Attach Cable delivers exceptional performance and reliability for InfiniBand NDR and high-speed Ethernet applications. Designed for data centers and enterprise networking environments, this 4-meter active copper cable supports transmission rates of up to PAM4 106.25Gbps per channel and features a low-latency 10ps design optimized for 56GBaud copper links.
Built with a programmable linear PAM4 equalizer, it enables auto-negotiation, link training, and device programming through MCU with I2C support. The cable is compliant with OSFP MSA standards, RoHS, and the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). Each unit is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested for 100% functionality, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term performance and compatibility.
