Description
The AddOn Q28-100G-CWDM4-BX-AO is an MSA and TAA compliant 100GBase-BX CWDM4 QSFP28 transceiver designed to deliver high-speed optical connectivity up to 2km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating across four CWDM wavelengths (1270nm to 1330nm) and supporting a 103.1Gbps aggregate bit rate, this bidirectional transceiver provides exceptional performance for Ethernet over CWDM, metro networks, access, and enterprise applications. It features a simplex LC connector, low power consumption (3.5W max), and full Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support for real-time diagnostics. Built to meet stringent industry standards and environmental compliance requirements, it ensures seamless interoperability, reliable operation in commercial temperature ranges (0°C to 70°C), and long-term network scalability.

Return Policy (Short Summary)
We offer a 30-day return window for most unopened, factory-sealed items.
Returns must be authorized before shipping back and must include all original packaging and accessories. Opened or used items are not returnable unless defective.
Some products—such as custom orders, special-order items, audio gear, software, and LED video walls—are non-returnable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20–30% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
