Description

The AddOn QDD-400G-DCO-ZRP-AO is a high-performance, MSA-compliant 400GBase-ZR+ QSFP-DD coherent optical transceiver designed for long-reach, high-capacity data center interconnects and service provider networks. Supporting 400 Gbps, 300 Gbps, 200 Gbps, and 100 Gbps payloads over single-mode fiber (SMF), it delivers unmatched flexibility and performance for metro and long-haul applications.

Featuring a tunable C-band transmitter and coherent receiver technology, this transceiver operates across the 1528.58 nm to 1567.34 nm wavelength range and supports Open ZR+ deployments with digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics. It is fully hot-pluggable with a QSFP-DD (Type 2A) footprint and supports Duplex LC connectivity.

With O-FEC (15%) forward error correction, up to 11.6 dB net coding gain, and advanced signal integrity features such as PAM4 electrical interfaces, high OSNR tolerance, and chromatic dispersion compensation, the QDD-400G-DCO-ZRP-AO is ideal for carrier-class, enterprise, and hyperscale environments demanding long-reach coherent optics and seamless integration.

Our Process

From Scope to Sign-Off

A structured delivery process designed to reduce risk and keep projects moving.

01

Plan

Discovery, site review, requirements gathering, and project alignment. We define scope, constraints, and success criteria before any design work begins.

  • Discovery calls & stakeholder interviews
  • On-site survey & infrastructure review
  • Requirements & use-case documentation
  • Project scope, timeline & milestone alignment
02

Engineer

System design, schematics, signal flow, BOM development, and documentation. Every project leaves this phase with a complete engineering package.

  • AV system design & signal flow diagrams
  • Equipment selection & BOM development
  • Rack layout & control system design
  • As-built documentation package
03

Deploy

Procurement, logistics, installation, programming, commissioning, and training. We own the delivery from first shipment to final handoff.

  • Authorized procurement & logistics coordination
  • Physical installation & cable management
  • Control system programming & configuration
  • Commissioning, testing & end-user training
04

Support

Monitoring, maintenance, lifecycle planning, and long-term service agreements. We stay engaged long after project close.

  • 24/7 remote system monitoring
  • Preventive & reactive maintenance
  • Technology lifecycle & refresh planning
  • Long-term service level agreements
