Description

The AddOn PAN-SFP-PLUS-ER-BXD-80-AO is a Palo Alto Networks® compatible SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance networking over long distances. Supporting 10GBase-BX Ethernet and 8x/10x Fibre Channel, this transceiver delivers reliable throughput up to 80km across single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on a 1550nm transmit / 1490nm receive wavelength, it uses a simplex LC connector for efficient integration.

This hot-swappable, easy-to-install module complies with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, features a temperature-stabilized EML transmitter with APD receiver, and supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics. Engineered with robust ESD protection, lower EMI shielding, and RoHS compliance, this transceiver ensures dependable performance in access, metro, and enterprise applications.

As a TAA compliant solution, it meets U.S. Government procurement requirements and is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with Palo Alto Networks® equipment.
