With a 2.6 GHz base clock, boost speeds of up to 4.5 GHz, and 384 MB of L3 cache, the EPYC 9655 delivers exceptional compute density and processing capability for modern data centers. It supports 12-channel DDR5 memory at speeds up to 6400 MT/s, providing up to 614 GB/s of memory bandwidth per socket.
Built for the SP5 platform, the processor supports both 1P and 2P server configurations and provides 128 lanes of PCIe 5.0 connectivity for high-speed storage, networking, and accelerator expansion. AMD Infinity Guard and AMD Infinity Architecture technologies further support secure, scalable enterprise deployments.
