Description
The AMD EPYC™ 9655P is a high-performance 96-core, 192-thread server processor built for demanding AI-enabled, HPC, engineering, database, and business-critical data center workloads.
Part of the AMD EPYC 9005 Series, the EPYC 9655P delivers a 2.6 GHz base clock, boost speeds of up to 4.5 GHz, and 384 MB of L3 cache. Designed for single-socket SP5 server platforms, it supports 12-channel DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s with up to 614 GB/s memory bandwidth per socket.
With 128 lanes of PCIe 5.0 connectivity, the processor provides the bandwidth required for modern accelerators, high-speed networking, storage, and other data-intensive server components. Its configurable TDP range of 320W to 400W gives system designers additional flexibility when balancing compute performance and power requirements.
The EPYC 9655P also supports AMD Infinity Guard and AMD Infinity Architecture, making it well suited for high-density enterprise infrastructure, CAE/CFD/FEA applications, high-capacity database environments, and HPC deployments.
