The AMD EPYC™ 9755 is a high-density server processor engineered for demanding AI-enabled, cloud, virtualization, HPC, analytics, and business-critical data center workloads. Featuring 128 cores and 256 threads, the EPYC 9755 delivers a 2.7 GHz base clock with boost speeds up to 4.1 GHz, backed by a substantial 512 MB L3 cache.

Built for the SP5 platform, this EPYC 9005 Series processor supports both 1P and 2P server configurations and offers 128 lanes of PCIe® 5.0 connectivity. Its 12-channel DDR5 memory architecture supports speeds up to 6400 MT/s and provides up to 614 GB/s of memory bandwidth per socket, making it well suited for memory-intensive and highly parallel workloads.

With support for AMD Infinity Guard and AMD Infinity Architecture, the EPYC 9755 provides enterprise-focused performance, scalability, and security capabilities for modern data center environments.
