Description
The AMD EPYC 8534P is a high-performance server processor built for cloud services, intelligent edge computing, telecommunications, software-defined storage, and other demanding infrastructure workloads. Part of the AMD EPYC 8004 Series, it combines 64 CPU cores and 128 threads with the efficient SP6 platform to deliver strong compute density for single-socket server deployments.
Operating at a 2.3 GHz base clock with boost speeds up to 3.1 GHz, the EPYC 8534P provides the processing capability required for virtualization, networking, media streaming, middleware, HCI, and NFV environments. Its 128MB L3 cache helps improve access to frequently used data across demanding workloads.
The processor supports PCIe 5.0 with up to 96 lanes, providing high-bandwidth connectivity for accelerators, storage, networking, and other server-class expansion devices. Six-channel DDR5 memory support up to 4800 MT/s delivers up to 230.4 GB/s of memory bandwidth per socket.
With a 200W default TDP and configurable TDP range of 155W to 225W, the AMD EPYC 8534P gives system designers additional flexibility when balancing compute performance, power consumption, and thermal requirements. Support for AMD Infinity Guard and AMD Infinity Architecture further enhances its suitability for modern enterprise and data-center environments.
