Built using advanced TSMC 5nm FinFET technology, the processor features a massive 256MB L3 cache, four-channel DDR5 RDIMM memory support, ECC capability, and PCIe 5.0 connectivity for high-speed storage, accelerators, and professional graphics solutions.

The sTR5-based Threadripper platform provides up to 88 usable native PCIe lanes, making it ideal for sophisticated workstation configurations requiring multiple GPUs, NVMe storage devices, networking adapters, or specialized expansion hardware.
