Description
The AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7995WX is a high-performance workstation processor built for demanding professional workloads, including 3D rendering, engineering simulations, AI development, content creation, software compilation, and data-intensive applications.
Powered by the Zen 4 architecture, this processor features 96 cores and 192 threads, a 2.5 GHz base clock, and boost speeds of up to 5.1 GHz. A massive 384MB L3 cache helps accelerate complex workflows and large datasets, while support for PCIe 5.0 provides high-bandwidth connectivity for professional graphics cards, storage devices, accelerators, and expansion hardware.
The Threadripper PRO 7995WX supports 8-channel DDR5 RDIMM memory with speeds up to 5200 MT/s and ECC support for workstation-class reliability. AMD PRO technologies, AMD Memory Guard, Secure Processor, virtualization capabilities, and other enterprise security features make it well suited for professional workstation environments.
Designed for the sTR5 socket and compatible with supported workstation chipsets including WRX90 and TRX50, the processor has a 350W TDP and requires a discrete graphics card. A thermal solution is not included.
