The AddOn Arista Networks® QDD-400G-SR8-AR Compatible QSFP-DD Transceiver delivers reliable, high-speed 400GBase-SR8 connectivity up to 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber (MMF) using an 850nm wavelength and an MPO-16 APC connector. Designed for data center, enterprise, and access network environments, this transceiver ensures seamless performance and is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3bs standards.

Built with 8x50G PAM4 retimed electrical interfaces and VCSEL transmitter technology, it offers optimal signal integrity, low power consumption (9W), and a hot-swappable form factor for simplified deployment. Each unit is programmed, uniquely serialized, and rigorously tested for data-traffic and application compatibility to ensure flawless interoperability with Arista Networks® equipment.

With Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support for real-time diagnostics and TAA compliance for government procurement, this module is a cost-effective and high-performance choice for next-generation 400G Ethernet infrastructure.
