The HPE Aruba Networking AP‑587EX (JP) is an industrial-grade dual-radio 4x4 Wi-Fi 6 access point engineered for the most demanding hazardous environments, including oil rigs, industrial manufacturing, and transport hubs. Part of the Aruba 580EX Series, it supports multi-gigabit connectivity and features integrated directional antennas for maximum coverage.
With a robust weatherproof and temperature-hardened design, IP66 rating, and compliance with Class 1 Division 2 and ATEX Zone 2 standards, the AP-587EX (JP) ensures seamless, secure wireless connectivity even in the harshest conditions.
Integrated high-power Bluetooth and 802.15.4/Zigbee radios provide extended support for Industrial IoT, while AI-powered features such as AirMatch and ClientMatch optimize performance and client experience. The unit supports both AC and 802.3bt PoE power options and includes secure storage via a Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
