The Edgecore AS5912-54X (AGR100) Aggregation Router delivers high-performance Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching designed for modern cloud data centers and carrier aggregation networks. Equipped with 48 x 10G SFP+ ports and 6 x 100G QSFP28 uplinks, it provides an 800 Gbps switching capacity with a non-blocking architecture suitable for top-of-rack (ToR) or distributed spine deployments.

Powered by the Broadcom Qumran MX BCM88370 chipset and an Intel Atom C2538 CPU, the AS5912-54X offers exceptional packet buffering (6 GB DRAM + 16 MB on-chip) and supports the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) for flexible NOS installations such as Open Network Linux (ONL). The switch includes dual -48V DC hot-swappable PSUs, 5+1 redundant fans, and port-to-power airflow, ensuring reliability and serviceability for carrier-grade environments.
