The Edge-Core AGR130 AS5916-54XKS-O-AC-B is a carrier-grade open network switch designed for modern data centers, telecom access, and edge aggregation environments. Powered by the Broadcom StrataDNX™ Qumran-MX ASIC (BCM88375) and an Intel Broadwell-DE CPU, it delivers 800 Gbps of line-rate Layer 2/3 switching performance in a compact 1RU rack-mountable chassis.
Equipped with 48 × 10 GbE SFP+ ports and 6 × 100 GbE QSFP28 uplinks, the AS5916-54XKS-O-AC-B provides flexible high-speed connectivity for both enterprise and service provider networks. It supports ONIE (Open Network Install Environment), allowing deployment of multiple compatible Network Operating Systems such as IP Infusion OcNOS, Exaware ExaNOS, and RtBrick Full Stack OS.
With dual hot-swappable AC power supplies, 5+1 redundant fan modules, and back-to-front (power-to-port) airflow, the switch is engineered for high availability and easy maintenance. Support for IEEE 1588v2 PTP and SyncE ensures accurate timing synchronization for carrier-class applications.
