Description

The Edgecore AS7535-28XB-O-48V-F (CSR440) is an open disaggregated cell site gateway router designed for carrier-grade mobile fronthaul, backhaul, and O-RAN networks. Built with Broadcom’s Qumran-2A silicon and an Intel® Xeon® D-1539 8-core processor, this router delivers high-performance Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching for service provider access and aggregation networks.

With 24 x 10/25G SFP28, 2 x 100G QSFP28, and 2 x 400G QSFP-DD ports, it provides flexible connectivity for modern LTE and emerging 5G xHaul architectures. The AS7535-28XB is temperature hardened (-40°C to 65°C) and equipped with redundant, hot-swappable 48VDC power supplies and 5+1 modular fans to ensure high availability and easy maintenance in mission-critical environments.

Pre-installed with ONIE (Open Network Install Environment), the platform enables operators to deploy their preferred Network Operating System (NOS) and applications, offering the agility and freedom of open networking.
