The Edgecore DCS204 (AS7726-32X) is a high-performance Top-of-Rack (ToR) and spine switch designed for modern data centers. Featuring 32 QSFP28 ports in a compact 1RU form factor, it delivers line-rate Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching at up to 3.2 Tbps. Each port supports flexible breakout configurations — 1×100G, 2×50G, or 4×25G/10G — to meet diverse server and uplink connectivity needs.
Powered by the Broadcom BCM56870 Trident 3 silicon and an Intel Xeon D-1518 quad-core CPU, the DCS204 provides powerful packet processing and scalability. This model (7726-32X-O-AC-B-US) includes dual hot-swappable AC power supplies with back-to-front airflow, making it ideal for deployment in U.S. data centers following standard cold-aisle design.
The switch ships pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE), supporting installation of open-source or commercial Network Operating Systems (NOS).
