Description
The Edgecore AS9726-32DB is a high-performance 400G data center leaf switch designed for next-generation network scalability. Built on Broadcom’s Trident 4 silicon, this 1RU switch delivers 12.8 Tbps of switching capacity and 5.4 Bpps forwarding performance, supporting advanced L2 and L3 features for hyperscale and enterprise environments.
Equipped with 32 × QSFP56-DD ports, each port can run at 400 GbE or break out into 2 × 200 GbE or 4 × 100/25/10 GbE, enabling flexible deployment in spine-leaf topologies. The AS9726-32DB supports 400G ZR/Open ZR+ coherent optics on its upper 16 ports for long-reach connectivity.
It includes dual hot-swappable 1500 W AC power supplies (back-to-front airflow) and 5 + 1 redundant fan modules, ensuring energy-efficient and reliable operation. Pre-loaded with ONIE (Open Network Install Environment), the switch supports installation of compatible open-source or commercial Network Operating Systems (NOS).
