This 3-year subscription includes professional onboarding, initial traffic baselining, and optimization of mitigation settings to ensure readiness before attacks occur. During declared attack events, customers gain access to 24x7 SOC expertise, structured escalation procedures, and hands-on guidance to minimize downtime and operational risk.
The service entitles the customer to four (4) attack response events per calendar year, making it ideal for enterprises seeking predictable, expert-led DDoS protection without full-time managed service overhead.
