During declared attack events, customers gain access to 24x7 SOC expertise, structured escalation procedures, and hands-on guidance to minimize downtime and operational risk.
The service entitles the customer to four (4) attack response events per calendar year, making it ideal for enterprises seeking predictable, expert-led DDoS protection without full-time managed service overhead.
