The Axiom MC10-S5L40-AX Mini 10Gbps Ethernet Media Converter delivers high-performance copper-to-fiber conversion in a compact, space-efficient design. Engineered for seamless integration into existing 10GBASE-T and 10GBASE-ER networks, this unmanaged media converter ensures reliable, low-latency transport across long-distance single-mode fiber (SMF) links up to 40km at 1550nm.

Designed for plug-and-play simplicity or flexible customization, it is pre-configured with an optical transceiver and supports LC connectors for dependable photoelectric conversion. Unit and port LEDs provide instant status visibility, while jumbo frame support and transparent transport enhance performance in demanding high-bandwidth environments. Its small form factor makes it ideal for tight installation spaces, and the device can be deployed standalone or in a 1U rack (12-slot chassis).
