Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW45-40-BR-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed for 16G Fibre Channel and 16G Gigabit Ethernet applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on the DW45 ITU channel (1541.35 nm) with a reach of up to 40 km, this module delivers 16GBase-DWDM throughput with exceptional reliability and signal integrity.
Engineered for seamless compatibility with Brocade® (Formerly) platforms, it is 100% programmed, serialized, and tested to ensure identical initialization, link performance, and interoperability as OEM parts. Featuring a cooled EML transmitter, PIN receiver, and Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support, it provides real-time diagnostic data for advanced network monitoring and maintenance.
The transceiver supports hot-swappable installation, offers excellent ESD protection, and is built with a metal housing for lower EMI. With compliance to SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, FCC, IEC, and RoHS 2.0, this module ensures long-term performance in access, metro, and enterprise fiber deployments.
