The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW33-40-BR-AO is a Brocade®-compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance, long-distance data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on the DW33 channel (1550.92nm) with a 40km reach, this hot-swappable optical module provides seamless integration into Brocade networking equipment, delivering 16Gbps Fibre Channel throughput for demanding data center, metro, and enterprise applications.
Built to SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, the transceiver features a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, and duplex LC connectivity. It is Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, ensuring suitability for government and regulated deployments. Each unit is 100% tested, serialized, and programmed to ensure identical initialization and operation as the OEM original. AddOn backs this transceiver with a limited lifetime warranty for long-term reliability and peace of mind.
