The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW32-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance data transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 40km. Operating at a 1551.72nm wavelength on ITU-T Channel DW32 with a 100GHz spacing, this hot-swappable module ensures seamless integration and reliable operation within existing Brocade® environments.
Equipped with a cooled EML transmitter, PIN receiver, and duplex LC connector, the transceiver supports 8x/10x Fibre Channel and 16G Gigabit Ethernet applications, making it ideal for access, metro, and enterprise network deployments. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) enables real-time tracking of critical operating parameters, while comprehensive compliance with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards ensures superior interoperability.
