Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW31-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® (formerly) compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable, high-speed data transmission up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on the DW31 ITU channel (1552.52 nm) with a 100 GHz spacing, this hot-swappable module ensures seamless integration into Brocade® networking equipment.
Built for demanding metro, access, and enterprise environments, it supports 8x/10x Fibre Channel and 16G Gigabit Ethernet applications with full Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics. It complies with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, features a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, and is fully TAA compliant for government and regulated deployments.
AddOn transceivers undergo stringent testing, serialization, and performance validation to guarantee interoperability and reliability equivalent to OEM modules — backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
