Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW25-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® (formerly) compatible 16GBase-DWDM SFP+ transceiver designed for high-speed Fibre Channel and Gigabit Ethernet applications over single-mode fiber (SMF). Operating on ITU-T Channel DW25 (1557.36 nm) with a reach of up to 40 km, this TAA-compliant optical module delivers reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity for data center, metro, and enterprise networks.
Equipped with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, the transceiver ensures superior signal integrity and performance. Its hot-swappable SFP+ form factor simplifies deployment and replacement without network disruption, while Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) provides real-time diagnostics for power, temperature, and performance metrics. Each unit is programmed, serialized, and rigorously tested for guaranteed interoperability and identical performance to the OEM equivalent.
