The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW24-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed to deliver reliable, high-speed optical connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 40km. Operating at a 1558.17nm wavelength (DWDM Channel 24, 100GHz spacing), this hot-swappable module ensures seamless integration and identical performance to OEM counterparts.

Built for 8x/10x Fibre Channel and 16G Gigabit Ethernet over DWDM applications, this transceiver features a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver for exceptional optical performance and signal integrity. It supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time parameter tracking, ensuring proactive network management.

The unit is fully TAA compliant, RoHS certified, and engineered with robust ESD protection, low EMI metal housing, and a commercial temperature range (0–70°C). Each module undergoes rigorous programming, serialization, and testing to guarantee 100% compatibility and dependable performance in access, metro, and enterprise network environments.
