Description
The AddOn Brocade® SFP-16GB-DW61-40-BR-AO is a high-performance, TAA-compliant 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for demanding data center, metro, and enterprise environments. Operating over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a center wavelength of 1528.77nm (ITU Channel DW61), this module supports data rates up to 14.025 Gbps and extends transmission distances up to 40km.
Equipped with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, the transceiver ensures superior signal integrity and reliability. It features digital optical monitoring (DOM) for real-time performance tracking and is hot-pluggable for seamless installation and replacement. Fully compliant with SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards, this module is engineered to deliver 100% compatibility with Brocade® platforms while providing excellent ESD protection and low EMI performance.
