The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW56-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance data transmission across single-mode fiber (SMF) up to 40km. Operating on ITU-T DWDM Channel DW56 (1532.68nm) with a 100GHz channel spacing, this transceiver is an ideal solution for access, metro, and enterprise network applications requiring reliable long-distance connectivity.

Engineered with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it offers Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and ensures full interoperability with Brocade® systems. Compliant with SFF-8432, SFF-8472, and major industry standards, the module is hot-swappable, RoHS compliant, and TAA compliant, providing seamless integration, excellent EMI protection, and optimal signal integrity. Each unit is uniquely serialized, extensively tested, and backed by AddOn’s limited lifetime warranty for guaranteed performance and reliability.
