Description
The AddOn SFP-16GB-DW49-40-BR-AO is a Brocade® compatible 16GBase-DWDM Fibre Channel SFP+ transceiver designed for high-performance data center, enterprise, and metro network applications. It delivers reliable data transmission up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a 1538.19nm wavelength and a duplex LC connector.
This hot-pluggable transceiver supports 8x/10x Fibre Channel and 16x Gigabit Ethernet over DWDM and includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics. Built with a cooled EML transmitter and PIN receiver, it meets SFF-8432 and SFF-8472 standards and ensures seamless interoperability with Brocade® devices. Each unit is uniquely serialized, rigorously tested, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
